NAVIGATING THE
MENTAL SIDE OF SPORT
Being an athlete comes with a lot that people don’t always see. The pressure you put on yourself. The thoughts that show up before competition. The setback you can’t stop replaying. The injury that changed how you feel in your body. Or the days when the sport you love just doesn’t feel the same anymore. Psychotherapy + Mental Performance Coaching for Athletes.
You feel great in practice, but competition feels completely different.
You put so much pressure on yourself to do well that it's hard to actually enjoy competing.
You've been working hard, but lately you feel drained, frustrated, or not as excited about your sport.
You get stuck in your head before a game and can't seem to turn your thoughts off.
You're coming back from an injury, but trusting your body again is harder than expected.
You’re constantly comparing yourself to teammates, competitors, or the athlete you think you should be.
You have a hard time separating who you are from how you perform.
One setback can throw off the rest of your game.
Your confidence changes depending on how well you played, your stats, your playing time, or what your coach said.

2 WAYS WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
CHOOSE THE PATH THAT FITS YOU BEST
Some athletes need therapeutic support. Some need mental skills training. Many need both. Here's how we can start:
WHY ATHLETES WORK WITH ME
LIVED EXPERIENCE.
CLINICAL DEPTH.
REAL RESULTS.
I understand the athlete experience from more than one perspective - because I've lived it, studied it, and built my career around supporting it.
LIVED EXPERIENCE

I was a college athlete. I've dealt with injuries, pressure to perform, self-doubt, and the identity shift that comes when your sport stops being the center of your world. I get it - because I've been there.
CLINICAL DEPTH
With graduate level training in Sport Psychology and Creative Arts Therapy, I bring clinical mental health depth to the athlete experience.
MENTAL TRAINING
Gain practical, evidence-based methods to master competition, handle pressure, and reduce anxiety when it matters most.
HOLISTIC GROWTH
We focus on your growth as both a competitor and a person, prioritizing your mental well-being and life beyond the game.
